1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ConstructQuote ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ConstructQuote uses optical character recognition and large language models to extract information from uploaded building plans and generate preliminary material estimates. The Service is a productivity tool for builders and estimators.
3. AI Estimate Disclaimer
Estimates are generated by automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Estimates are not engineering documents and are not stamped, certified, or reviewed by a licensed professional. You are solely responsible for verifying all dimensions, quantities, and specifications with a qualified professional before purchasing materials, submitting bids, executing contracts, or beginning construction. 4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price until canceled.
- You may cancel at any time from your Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) upload content you do not have rights to, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service, (c) use the Service for unlawful purposes, or (d) resell access to the Service without written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content for the sole purpose of providing the Service. Outputs generated for you may be used for your own commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall ConstructQuote be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any cost overruns, construction errors, or material shortages arising from reliance on estimates produced by the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
